Our Recruitment Process

A potential employee’s Lend Lease experience begins with the recruitment process. While this process may vary slightly by geographical region and may depend on the particular role being sourced, our philosophy is to apply best practice recruitment processes and provide all our candidates with a positive and informative experience. This will generally include:
Inviting candidates to submit applications, incorporating an up to date resume and introductory letter
Ensuring all roles are defined in a thorough position description, and making this document available to all candidates, upon request
Inviting suitable candidates to an interview
Having candidates meet several appropriate Lend Lease people if they are selected to progress through the process
Working with a professional recruitment or search organisation on selected roles
Including psychometric testing as part of the assessment process for certain roles
Keeping candidates informed and ensuring they are treated in a respectful and considerate manner
